1. Agreement
These terms are between you and SOSA PROJECTS, LLC ("we", "us"), and govern your use of the SpinTheNugget app. By downloading, creating an account, or playing, you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.
2. Who can use it
SpinTheNugget is rated 17+ and contains suggestive and mature prompts. You must be old enough for that rating where you live, and old enough to form a binding contract. If you are using it with a group, the content you expose other players to is your responsibility — check the room before picking a spicier pack.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised, and we will invalidate your sessions. Do not share an account, impersonate someone else, or create accounts to evade a suspension.
4. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SpinTheNugget for your own entertainment. You may not:
- copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its prompt catalogue;
- reverse engineer or decompile it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
- circumvent purchases, tamper with receipts, or manufacture unlock tokens or referral rewards by any means other than paying for or earning them;
- attack, overload, or probe our servers, or automate access to them.
5. Purchases, packs, and tokens
SpinTheNugget is free to download. It offers optional purchases: prompt packs, and unlock tokens spent inside the app.
- All payments are processed by the app store, not by us. We never receive your card details.
- Unlock tokens are a limited licence to use a feature of the app. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the app.
- Purchased packs remain available to your account for as long as the app is operated and your account exists.
- Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves, though you are welcome to contact us and we will help where we can.
- Prices and pack contents may change. Changes will not retroactively remove something you have already bought.
6. Referrals
Referral codes are for sharing with real people you know. Publishing codes to farm rewards, redeeming your own code through additional accounts, or otherwise gaming the system lets us withdraw the rewards involved and suspend the accounts.
7. Playing with other people
Your display name and profile photo are visible to other players in a lobby. Do not upload images or choose names that are unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonate someone. Do not use lobbies to harass other players.
We may remove content, end a lobby, or suspend accounts that break this. We do not monitor lobbies proactively, so if someone is behaving badly, tell us.
8. The prompts
The prompts are written for entertainment. They are not advice, and dares are suggestions rather than instructions — you decide what you are willing to do, and you are responsible for your own choices and your own safety. Do not attempt anything illegal or dangerous because a game suggested it. Skip anything you are not comfortable with; that is what the skip is for.
9. No warranty
SpinTheNugget is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that online play will always be available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, for lost data, or for anything arising out of how you or other players behave while using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits, and nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using SpinTheNugget and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that abuses purchases or referrals, or where we are legally required to. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
If we terminate your account for breach, unspent tokens and purchased packs are forfeited. If we discontinue the app entirely, we will give reasonable notice.
12. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and, where it matters, tell you in the app. Continuing to use SpinTheNugget after a change means you accept it.
13. App store terms
These terms are between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for SpinTheNugget or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it. If the app fails to conform to any warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction.
